An unnamed species of boar originally was planned for the 2002 adaptation of The Time Machine, but was ultimately cut.
Description[]
Originally, The boars were creatures which helped the morlocks to hunting down the Eloi, stalking and persecuting the ones hit by darts. They were also able to emerge from sand holes. Alexander was able to save a child from one of them.
