A Warp Bridge is a device invented by the Morlocks that allows spacetime to be warped to bring two points closer together, allowing fast travel between them. While the Morlocks had worked out how to build it during their plans to leave Earth and colonise another planet out of fear the Eloi would eventually wipe them out, they lacked the necessary components, of which the primary one was Wellsite. The warp bridge is similar in form and function to a wormhole, and a warp drive.
